Tendandgo - Spice Mix


Use this delicious mix of fine peppers, garlic, onion and sesame seeds, in combination with any kind of soup, dip, seafood, poultry, meat, and many others.

Mushroom soup

½ kg sliced mushrooms
1 tsp butter
¼ chopped onion
5 cups chicken broth
½ tsp of TEN AND GO seasoning
1 sprig of epazote (Mexican tea or pigweed)
salt to taste

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion
Add the mushrooms and sauté until ligthly golden
Add the chicken broth, the epazote, salt to taste and the TEN AND GO seasoning
Leave for 20 minutes on low heat
